Originally from Vermont, Chloe Rogers was drawn to the Vail Valley and its remarkable mountains during her previous career as a public relations professional. Harnessing her business acumen, deep appreciation for the coveted mountain lifestyle, and intrinsic ability to predict and resolve her client's every need, Chloe has found that real estate allows her to serve anyone who crosses her path.
Chloe partnered with top producer Anna Menz in 2022, forming The Anna Menz Team. Together, they have closed over $260M in successful sales and work ceaselessly to help clients find off-market ski-in/ski-out vacation homes, investment properties, and through their extensive knowledge of county assistance programs, also help families establish roots in their sought-after valley.
When she is not hard at work alongside her clients, Chloe is giving back to her community and relishing in the beauty of the nature around her and the people within it. As an avid skier, snowboarder, and mountain biker, Chloe is involved with The Cycle Effect, a local non-profit that seeks to empower young women through mountain biking to create brighter futures and build stronger communities.
